Who we are

esimjia is operated by Finiara LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States.

Mailing address, care of our registered agent: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

What esimjia sells

Finiara LLC supplies prepaid mobile data services through eSIM plans and top-ups. The selected offer specifies the covered countries, data allowance, validity period, price and applicable plan conditions. These specifications form part of the purchase.

The purchaser is responsible for using an eSIM-compatible, network-unlocked device and following the installation and connection instructions. The installation link and QR code are supplied electronically after payment confirmation.

Coverage, connection availability and speed depend on the participating mobile networks, the device, local conditions and network capacity. Data-only plans provide mobile internet access. Ordinary telephone calls, SMS and emergency calling require a separate suitable telephone service.

Buying and paying

The order page specifies the price, currency and available payment methods. You must pay the amount due using the payment reference and, for cryptocurrency, the network specified in the payment instructions. Available balance or credit may be applied to all or part of the amount due.

Payment is confirmed once the required amount has been received and matched to the order through the applicable bank, payment network or balance transaction. Confirmation authorises fulfilment, and the order status is updated accordingly. Bank processing and network confirmation times affect when delivery can begin.

The order page records the purchase and provides access to the eSIMs supplied under it. Guest purchasers may provide an email address for receipts and assistance recovering their order links.

Late payments, overpayments, cancellation and remedies for a failure to supply are governed by the Refunds and credit policy.

Installation, validity and renewal

The installation deadline and the plan validity period are separate conditions. An eSIM must be installed within the period allowed by its network, and may expire unused if that period elapses. Any deadline displayed in the eSIM’s installation or cancellation details applies to that eSIM. Customers may obtain confirmation of the applicable deadline from us before installation.

The selected offer states the plan’s duration. Validity begins on the first connection to a participating network in the covered area and runs for the stated number of consecutive days. The eSIM’s management page shows its activation status and current expiry date when reported by the network.

Service is available until the data allowance is exhausted or the applicable validity period ends, subject to a successful top-up or renewal. The destination page identifies plans for which top-ups extend validity as renewable. The eSIM’s management page lists the top-ups currently available for that eSIM and its current expiry date. The duration and renewal conditions are governed by the applicable plan or top-up offer. Any extension takes effect when the network applies the top-up or renewal and is reflected in the reported expiry date.

Top-ups are subject to compatibility with the eSIM’s coverage, network limits and the eSIM remaining eligible when the top-up is applied. Customers must arrange a top-up before expiry. Automatic top-ups require prior activation of that feature and sufficient balance; the customer remains responsible for checking the resulting service status and expiry date.

Credit and cancelling

Where the selected offer includes unopened-data credit, eligible portions remaining undelivered when the plan ends are credited at their proportional share of the price paid. Cancellation credit for an unused eSIM is subject to its activation conditions and the applicable cancellation deadline.

Credit is allocated to the account, team or guest order entitled to it and remains available without expiry. Credit may be used for eligible purchases or manually paid out to a bank account or wallet on request.

The eligibility conditions, credit calculation, payout procedure and statutory cancellation and refund rights are set out in the Refunds and credit policy, which forms part of these terms. Mandatory consumer remedies take precedence over the commercial credit arrangements described in that policy.

Accounts, links and teams

Customers must keep their account credentials and private links secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. An order link authorises access to that order; an eSIM’s private link authorises the functions made available for that eSIM. The customer should share each link only with persons authorised to use those functions.

The person placing an order is responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied and must have authority to act for any business or team on whose behalf the purchase is made. Team owners and managers may purchase, assign and manage eSIMs within their assigned permissions.

When assigning an eSIM to another person, the purchaser must be entitled to provide that person’s details and must inform them of the applicable service conditions and Privacy policy.

Permitted use

By purchasing or using the service, you confirm that your intended use is lawful mobile data connectivity within the coverage, allowance and conditions of the purchased plan. You must comply with applicable laws and respect the rights of other persons.

You must not use the service to commit fraud, distribute malware, conduct phishing or unauthorised access, send unlawful or abusive communications, infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights, or interfere with the security or operation of networks, systems or other users’ services. You must not assist or facilitate those activities through the service.

Access may be restricted or suspended to the extent reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these conditions, a security threat or a legal requirement. We will provide the reason and an opportunity to resolve the issue where lawful and reasonably practicable. Any cancellation, credit or refund remains subject to the applicable policy and mandatory law.

Events beyond reasonable control

A delay or failure to perform an obligation is excused only to the extent, and for the period, that it is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control whose effects could not reasonably have been prevented or overcome. Such events may include natural disasters, war, binding government restrictions, or widespread power or telecommunications failures meeting those conditions.

We will take reasonable measures to prevent or reduce the disruption, inform affected customers of material interruptions where practicable, and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible. Where the affected service cannot be supplied, cancellation and reimbursement will be handled under the Refunds and credit policy and applicable law. Mandatory rights to cancellation, a price reduction or a refund remain applicable.

Responsibility, law and changes

Finiara LLC is responsible for supplying the service in accordance with the purchased offer and the standards required by applicable law. Customers retain all remedies and protections that mandatory law provides, including remedies for defective or undelivered services and liability that the law prohibits us from excluding or limiting.

These terms are governed by Wyoming law, subject to the mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer’s country of residence. Consumers may bring proceedings before any court available to them under applicable law. Complaints and requests for resolution may be submitted using the contact details below.

The version of these terms in force when the order is placed governs that purchase, subject to changes required by law. Revised terms apply to future purchases from their stated effective date. Existing purchases remain subject to their agreed price and service conditions, except where a change is required by law.
