Money that comes back to you from esimjia comes back as credit. It pays for your next eSIM or top-up.
Where credit comes from
- Portions of a plan never opened, when the plan ends
- An eSIM you cancelled before using it
- Paying more than an order cost, or paying after it closed
Where it goes
- Bought while signed in: to your esimjia balance.
- Bought as a guest: to the order. The order’s page shows it as Credit on this order. It pays for top-ups you start from that order link, and on an order of one eSIM, from its private link too. To spend it on a new eSIM, add the order to an account. The credit then moves to your balance.
If you bought eSIMs for others, the credit from their eSIMs comes back to you, not to them.
Spending it
When you pay, your balance or credit goes first. If it doesn’t cover everything, pay the rest by bank transfer or crypto.
Good to know
- Credit doesn’t expire.
- On request, we can manually pay out your credit to a bank account or wallet.
- Signed in, you can add money to your balance: tap Add funds in your account and pay by bank transfer or crypto. That’s what pays for automatic top-ups.
