Not going after all? If an eSIM has never connected to a network, you can cancel it. What you paid comes back as credit: the eSIM’s price plus any top-ups it took.

How to cancel

  1. Open the eSIM’s page from your order link or your account.
  2. Tap Cancel it for … credit. The date next to it is the last day you can.
  3. Confirm. The credit is yours straight away and the eSIM stops working. If we have your email, we send you a confirmation.

If it’s already on your phone, you can then remove it in Settings.

When you can cancel

  • The eSIM has never connected. Installed is fine, as long as it has never been online.
  • It’s before the date shown next to the button. That’s the end of the six months you have to install it.

If the page doesn’t offer to cancel, that eSIM can’t be cancelled.

Who can cancel

Whoever has the order link, or the account the eSIM is in. Someone with only the eSIM’s private link can’t, because the credit belongs to whoever paid. The exception is an order of just that one eSIM: its private link can cancel too.

Using your credit

The credit pays for your next eSIM or top-up. On request, we can manually pay out your credit to a bank account or wallet. See Credit and your balance.
